47.9 miles was the distance between me and work when I lived in London and commuted to Basingstoke. It's also the distance between me and reality as most of us know it. I used to dump thoughts, mishaps and rants here as I commuted. Now that I've ended up in Japan...I don't think much will change.
It's nice working in a restricted area. Keeps out the riff raff. Only one slight problem. In the event of an emergency and the alarms are activated, all doors are released. Not ours. It's nice working in a restricted area.
